The fan motor came in OK, replacement was easy, but be sure to fully discharge the run Capacitor before changing the motor. They are the BEST I' ve found for RV parts. Got this all done just in time for the summer heat season. Go slow and be patient or you' ll end up needing to order them as well. Most difficult thing is to gently get the old fan blades off of the old motor (blower fan and condenser fan). Install is pretty simple and I did them both myself. They both went out about the same time after 7 years of full time RV living. I ordered two of these to replace both of mine, front and back units.
